Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from debris, moss, lichen, dust, and dirt.
If any signs of fungicidal growth are present, treat the area with a fungicidal wash according to the manufacturer's instructions.
For metal surfaces, use a wire brush to remove any rust and provide a clean and secure base for adhesion.
Cut and seal any splits or blisters to prevent further damage or water infiltration.
Application:
Apply CrylicRoof One Coat Roof Repair Black 5kg evenly to the prepared surface using a short pile roller or brush.
Apply two coats, allowing the first coat to dry completely before applying the second.
For best results, apply the sealant at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C.
