Orders are processed and deliveries are undertaken during working days only.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please do not include do not include the day of despatch as a delivery day.
Certain outlying areas of the UK are priced on application by our couriers and therefore our website is unable to calculate the cost at the time of the order. Please contact us for a price. All or most of our items are deemed hazardous and therefore must have a signee present at the property to take delivery.
Important delivery notices! We will assume that all delivery addresses can be accessed easily by lorries. If not, then it is your responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions to the delivery address at the time of order. Most orders with trims and kits will arrive in 2 deliveries, this is due to the size of the trims being 3 metre long.
At our company, we aim to provide the best service to our customers, including those in specific postcodes within the Scottish Highlands. However, please note that deliveries to the following postcodes are subject to a surcharge. This surcharge amounts to £20 plus VAT per box. The affected postcodes include AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41, PH49-50, and BT. We understand that this additional cost may be inconvenient, but it is necessary due to the logistical complexities and extended delivery routes involved in reaching these areas.
