Shipping Info & Delivery Rates
Clear delivery information for roofing kits, trims, hazardous goods and outlying UK areas. Please read before ordering so the courier circus doesn’t become your circus.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and deliveries are undertaken during working days only, Monday to Friday. Weekends and bank holidays are not included. Please do not include the day of despatch as a delivery day.
Hazardous Items
All or most of our items are deemed hazardous and must have someone present at the property to take delivery. This helps ensure the goods are handled and stored safely.
Trims & Kits
Most orders with trims and kits will arrive in 2 deliveries. This is due to trims being 3 metres long.
Important: Taking Delivery
Please inspect your delivery before accepting it, especially tins, liquids and long trims.
- Do not accept leaking tins, strong-smelling packages or badly damaged boxes.
- Check trims for visible bends, cracks or snapped ends before signing.
- If goods are damaged, ask the courier to mark them as damaged or refuse the delivery.
- Take photos of the packaging, label and damaged item, then contact us immediately.
Delivery to Outlying Areas
Delivery to certain outlying areas of the UK is priced on application by our couriers and cannot always be calculated at the time of order. Please contact us for a price if you live in an outlying area.
Delivery Access Restrictions
We will assume all delivery addresses can be accessed easily by lorries. If you have any access restrictions, please inform us at the time of order.

Scottish Highlands Surcharge
We aim to provide the best service to all customers, including those in specific Scottish Highlands postcodes. However, deliveries to the following postcodes are subject to a surcharge:
- AB31-38
- AB40-56
- IV1-28
- IV30-32
- IV52-54
- IV63
- KW1-14
- PA21-38
- PH4-41
- PH49-50
- BT
A £27.50 plus VAT surcharge per box applies to these areas. While we understand this may be inconvenient, it is necessary due to the logistical challenges and extended delivery routes involved.
Important Shipping Info for Zone D
Orders shipped to specific postcodes within Zone D are subject to a surcharge. The affected postcodes and surcharge are shown below:

The additional cost is due to the unique logistical challenges and extended delivery routes associated with shipping to these locations. These postcodes are located in remote areas or islands, which can make it difficult and expensive to deliver goods to them.
Despite the surcharge, we are committed to providing prompt and efficient delivery. We will always make every effort to minimise costs while ensuring orders are delivered on time and in good condition.
