For optimal results, apply the topcoat to a dry, dust-free fibreglass surface that has been sanded with 40-grade sandpaper and wiped clean with acetone. Use a short pile roller for the main roof areas, and a brush for edges and corners. The recommended application rate is 0.6 kg per m². For two coats, allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next.

Coverage:

The coverage of this topcoat depends on the thickness of the application. A wet film thickness of 500 to 600 microns is ideal for achieving the desired characteristics in the finished structure. With 0.6 kg per m² coverage, this 10 kg container can cover an area of 16.6 m².

Safety and Precautions:

Always wear gloves and eye protection when handling this product to prevent skin contact and eye irritation. Apply in a well-ventilated area. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

ResiRoof Catalyst:

This topcoat requires the addition of ResiRoof Catalyst for proper curing. The catalyst should be added at a rate of 2% by volume. For example, you would add 20 ml of catalyst per kg of topcoat.
